Rehearsal Calendar
- Cadets/Philharmonia – Rehearses 5:00-6:00 pm
- Youth Symphony (MCYS) – Rehearses 6:15-8:30 pm

Sectionals are coming! Targeted small group coaching to support musical growth and ensemble blend.
Philharmonia: At least once per term, Thursdays 6:00-6:45 pm.
Youth Symphony: At least twice per term, rotating sections. Thursdays 5:15-6:00 pm
UPDATED ATTENDANCE Policy!
After 4 excused absences, students may be asked to submit playing videos to stay on track. A clear system for absence notifications and video submissions will be in place.

Tuition
- MCYS – $405 annually ($135/term or $45 monthly)
- Cadets/Philharmonia – $300 annually ($100/term or $35 monthly, except the last month of the term is $30.)
Families may choose to pay annual, by term or monthly. Families are responsible for the entire term payment, even if they start after the term begins or if they resign from MCYO before the end of the term.
Discounts:
• In Full: If you pay for the annual tuition in full at the beginning of the season, one monthly payment amount will be reduced. (Cadets/Philharmonia: $35 off, Youth Symphony $45 off)
• Multiple Child Discount (Not available for monthly payments: $10/child annually, $3.33/child per term.
• Part or Full tuition assistance will be available to any student who wins their audition and has financial needs. Please contact the ParentChair for more information. parentchair@midcolumbiasymphony.org

The MCYO groups use SLACK (https://slack.com/) to communicate rehearsal schedules, music and other information. You will be mailed a link upon auditioning. Contact Christine at parentchair@midcolumbiasymphony.org if you are having trouble using this site.
