Ways to Support

We keep ticket prices low so everyone in our community can enjoy our concerts. Right now, ticket sales only cover a third of our costs. We depend on personal donations for almost half of our budget. In simple terms, we need your support—without you, there is no symphony. For 78 years, people in this community have kept our symphony going with their donations. Please join them and make a difference. Thank you!

Because we are a registered 501(c)(3) organization, your donation is tax-deductible. Our EIN is 91-6057719.

Make a Gift Through Your IRA

If you are 70 1/2 or older and have minimum required distributions (RMDs) from retirement accounts, consider making a qualified charitable donation (QCD) to the Mid-Columbia Symphony (EIN: 91-6057719) to potentially reduce your taxes. Contact your IRA trustee or custodian to make arrangements.

Become a Housing Host

Host a musician and support the Mid-Columbia Symphony (MCS) by offering a comfortable homestay. By providing lodging for musicians traveling more than 50 miles, you can save the MCS the cost of commercial hotel rooms, which totals tens of thousands over a concert season. Enjoy the opportunity to meet talented musicians and make new friends, all while contributing to our community’s vibrant cultural scene. Click here to learn more.

Volunteer Your Time/Talents

Volunteers are essential to our nonprofit organization. We have a small staff and an all-volunteer Board of Trustees, so we rely on additional volunteers for many important tasks, including assisting at concerts and in our office. Your help can make a big difference in our efforts to bring music to the community.
